But it was, I can feel that it was like a shell that we created with all that pain, all that work, all the things that we shouldn't be doing and we did.

So I think created a lot of experience for us for the future.

And we learned a lot from it.

I personally grew a lot with that experience.

How did that affect your team? So I had the luck at that point of a couple of people.

It was actually a time when it was right after pandemic.

For the owner listening who's currently overwhelmed or feels like everything depends on them, where should they start? What would those two to three steps be for them that they can start implementing today to really start taking some of that overwhelm off of their shoulders.
