I'm the kind of guy where i can't get to sleep if my bed is too hot if my room is too hot i feel sticky i feel wrong i just i can't do it so so walk us through how you guys took folks who had the same exact reaction and applied that to a new technology just for beds
69:44
so i've always slept warm so for the past 25 years since i started ghost bed with my wife as a family business I've developed everything for cooling technologies in the mattresses, in the pillows, in the sheets, in the mattress protectors, the toppers.
69:59
Everything we do is about cooling.
70:00
But I've been working for years to try to take it to the next level, which is what we call active cooling and heating.
70:07
So we're rolling out in the next couple months something called the GhostBed Climate Pro.
70:12
So this is a cover that will go over your existing mattress.
70:15
It can be a GhostBed or anyone's mattress.
73:10
We are a happily-sleeped couple.
29:50
Tell me about that.
29:52
Well, most of the people snore in the world.
29:55
So it's a problem with the elbow, the pillow, getting hit in the head with the pillow, et cetera.
30:00
So I've been working on a true sensing device for automatic anti-snoring in an adjustable base.
30:07
So an adjustable base is where the head goes up, the legs go up.
30:10
We have massage, we have lights, we have USB ports, we have all kinds of positions, et cetera.
30:16
So I built in some technology.
32:12
Explain this technology because this is remarkable.
9:05
And
9:06
last year, when I was 68, my goal was to shoot my age.
9:09
So in September of last year, I shot a 68.
9:12
And then this year, my birthday last month, when I turned 69, I played in the afternoon, and it was a hot Florida day, and I shot a 66.
9:20
70 to 80 is usually my range.
9:22
My game has changed from when I was younger.
9:25
I hit the ball very straight, but not as far.
11:21
Because one of the things that everybody knows is if you go to the tee and you're stiff and your back hurts or your neck hurts or your body isn't feeling right, you're not going to have a good day i don't care you know you can stretch all you want to but let's face it how how long do people stretch you go to the first tee you do the thing where you go side to side you bend up so three minutes at the most two minutes but if you show up after having a good night's sleep and your body is right you have a better day did that have anything to do with why you came out and decided this is a great thing for us to make
31:33
The Warner Ladders, you were involved in GhostBed, scales for people for a number of years in your life and then you came to create i think 26 years ago the ghost bed company and you've been uh going great guns ever since um but people that go out and buy these fancy rvs i talk about this because it's summertime they they go out and spend you know six figures on an rv and they get a 50 cent mattress you've got a solution for that
31:56
We do.
31:57
We saw that void in the market and you're right.
32:00
These RVs are expensive.
32:01
They're $50,000 to a million dollars even.
32:04
And they get a 50 set mattress.
32:06
So we came out with our couple of ghost bed mattresses.
33:25
You've got that coming out just now, right?
59:51
It's pretty important stuff.
59:54
Shout out to my grandfather, who was a lieutenant colonel in both World War I and World War II.
60:00
And in between there, he worked for Hoover and the FBI in firearms and tobacco.
60:06
Just because even though he started the Warner Company over 100 years ago, it was kind of a lemonade stand at the beginning.
60:11
It was just trying to make dinner money for 11 brothers and sisters.
60:14
He was the eldest.
60:15
And then my dad served in Korea, and he was quite a crafty guy.
62:00
But you've done something about that.
2:53
And then going into business, I then was the fiberglass manager working in there.
2:58
So what I learned was that that's a, what we call a structural polymer to make the fiberglass ladder, and I ended up making memory foam type pillows, mattresses, et cetera, and that's a comfort polymer.
3:10
So I took that learning and transferred it over to the mattress and comfort side.
3:16
And then filling that out, I started this business with my wife, 'cause I wanted a family business.
3:22
I came from a family business, and family business to me is very important.
3:26
It's a binder to keep you together.

6 MINS LATER
