From your perspective, what are some of the biggest challenges or the most difficult challenges that trainers can start to think about that they might experience in the classroom just to keep the learners engaged throughout the course? And just some hints, if you've got some hints that might assist them.

Yeah, so I think it depends on the audience.

So thinking about some of the recent classes that I ran with some of our students and depending on the age of the audience there, so if you're, say, working with apprentices at that younger space, their expectations, their experience, their behaviour is a little different than, say, those folks that are in the same industry but have been in it for 25, 30 years and they're coming in.

And there's pros and cons to both audiences.

So understanding that before you're going in is important.

And I guess the best tip I've got is to have a genuine toolkit of things.
