So for anybody who has emerged from under a rock after several years, just in time for LREF, what are some of the major challenges that are affecting developers in London, in, in the current climate?

So speaking from Arada's personal, personal experience and corporate experience, Arada in, in essence, has been going for 30 years.

Historically, it was rebranded from Regal London to Arada London last September.

So it's been 12 months since the takeover from a UAE, uh, predominantly UAE-owned developer.

They see London as a, as a positive.

Uh, it's a capital, global capital city, has massive attractiveness to international investors.

Out of all the destinations globally, they chose London as one of the major linchpins for their expansion plans.
