Would you just be able to explain like how you got into that and like what your training was?
12:40
Genuinely, that's how I was brought up.
12:42
I never got pushed, never got told to do anything.
12:44
So all the training I did was all just at my own effort.
12:47
And I used to just go hard.
12:48
I used to like going hard.
12:49
When I started, like I said, my training began from being 13, first part of my journey.

What was the exact moment in your mind where you thought actually something's going to give and sadly it's my trade
4:40
yeah so I mean like I say I was an electrician from leaving school um did it for 16 years but like I said my passion has always been fitness um I've always trained before work after work sometimes I did a little spell where I went into the office to try and learn that side of the business um and I would take my running trainers so on the dinner break I was right near a Hay Hall where I've grown up running I would go for a run it's always been my passion and with the trade I was in obviously it was a family run business so I kind of just got thrown into it didn't really see any other opportunity or anything else that I could have done or would have done other than getting the chance to train for a living train and also coach so as soon as that opportunity arose and I literally did I did get to the point of Literally something did have to give because I had children, I had a full-time job.
5:39
I had obviously the training was obviously super important at that time because High Rocks was growing.
5:44
And I literally got to the point where I could not fit everything in the day.
5:48
And I just thought, you know what, I've got a trade.
5:51
I can always fall back on it.
5:52
Obviously the kids are the number one priority.
