Manuel, what elements of the Circular Economy Act do you feel would be most relevant for U.S. states in your perspective?

The Circular Economy Act is part of a bigger picture, which is the competitiveness drive that is at the heart of the new policy cycle in the EU.

So many of the regulations that have been been put in place already in Europe, like the sustainable products regulation, aiming at a better design of products for the circular economy.

The ETR legislation that we have in Europe has proven to be good, but not enough if we want to go over the circular economy targets that we have now.

So the Circular Economy Act is expected to give a competitive edge to durable products, to repairable products, and recyclable products.

So it's not only about recycling, but it looks at the whole value chain.
