So what is your tenant profile at the moment? Do you tend to give more guarantees for renters looking at the institutional product, or are you also involved in the HMO market, the buy-to-let landlord market?

Yeah.

So great question.

So we'll touch on joint and several tenancies, and so making sure that the landlord is, is completely covered by the entire tenancy for sharers.

So we'll always encourage sharers to take out a professional guarantor service.

Particularly, you might find that where you have maybe an international sharing with someone from the UK and the UK tenant might traditionally have a UK guarantor, but then the international tenant may not, and we would always recommend to that parent, are they willing to guarantee potentially the, the entire property or sign up to professional guarantor service to make sure that the entire property's covered.

And then I think also the, that, that key worker element.

So are you having conversations with investors as well about how the income stability and income security of their tenants is becoming more of a priority?
