A beatmaker might be just the guy pushing buttons, making the melodies or whatever.

The producer has the vision for like the artist or the record, you know, or the artist or, yeah, putting the record together, things like that.

And a producer might actually not even have to touch the keys or, you know, drum, things like that.

I'll say to me, a producer is like a movie director.

They're just kind of like putting together the movie, which is like a song or whatever, putting the song together.

And a beatmaker is more of like a composer, just like tapping the buttons.
