Yeah, there's been this mentality of the strong integrity that comes with farmers and the farm families.

And people can be strong and they are resilient.

They have proven themselves to be that.

But strength does not mean immunity from the stress or emotional pain.

And so often they don't seek help or they feel shame or stress around reaching out.

They often carry pressures alone.
