I typically write and tell memoir about my own life because I've had this I've had a very interesting, unusual life.

I find that sharing my stories really helps people who have gone through similar things feel less alone.

And what do you find still challenging? It's remembering the details, the fine details, because it's very easy to remember in general what happened and how you felt when it happened, but to remember, you know, The colors of the walls and the smells that were there and the specific things that were said, that remains for me the most challenging part of writing.
