But, um, we, a- as a business, we tend to use the Airflow Adroit units.

Um, they're manufactured in Finland, so you could say they're like a Miele grade appliance.

I'd expect them to last 20 to 25 years, as opposed to if you go at the lower end of the market, um, it might last 7 to 10 years, and you're changing a motherboard or a motor.

So it's a combination between the design, installation, and the product, and sizing it correctly.

Um, the service levels, so when we look at designs, manufacturers jet- tend to do a very basic 2D model, so maybe an hour on CAD, um, showing where your supply and, um, extracts, um, ducting routes can go.

What's that end-to-end journey look like from your side? Where do you want to come in? How would you want to work with the client? And then how much support do you give going on, going forward?
