Isabella CicconeHOST
And that is how has specifically your approach to acute cluster attacks changed in the past few years?

Manali NigamGUEST
Well, I can share from the two years that I've been in practice after training, but even in training, there have been some advancements in the field of cluster headache management.

Manali NigamGUEST
So one I would say as just a standard treatment approach for acute attacks is high flow oxygen.

Manali NigamGUEST
So really starting that early and as aggressively as possible once you identify that someone is experiencing an acute cluster headache attack.

Manali NigamGUEST
And so we recommend a non-rebreather mask, so not just oxygen going through a nasal cannula.
