Yes.

And sometimes the person delivering that feedback is more skilled.

They have more artistry in their EQ and their personal relation skills.

So sometimes I can receive it a little more easily, and sometimes I think, "That person was a real jerk.

They could have said that to me in a much nicer way," or I feel offended, or I feel mad at them.

Most of the time, and because I'm an org development person, I'm thinking in systems.

"It's too hard." You know? How do you quiet that inner voice?
