"You know it?"

"Rare, powerful.

It binds forest to wielder.

Allows the power of bark skin, thorns, the voices of beasts and roots, even the ability to walk unseen through the wild.

Few druids ever touch one in their lifetime."

Ellowyn looked up.

Hours ago, I was in my own home tending to a simple life.

Now I'm here with strangers and questions and these gifts for heroes.

How are you feeling right now?

Um, lost.

Pretty lost.

I mean, Ellowyn couldn't have seen this coming.

I'm sure no one here could have.

She can't see this ending very well.

How does she deal with things?

Well, she's definitely not a leader.
