people? Yeah, I would say it's the problem of not knowing what you don't know when it comes to developing bandwidth, right? So we have an approach of being comprehensive on trying to, based on previous experience, some of them not good.

uh we really believe that if you want to move fast you have to plan smoke right you gotta take the time to be comprehensive you know analyze everything that could go wrong at all different levels of all different layers different stakeholders different you know things that could happen and then once you have that master view of things that you know can happen you put them all in a checklist, and then you'll implement like hell, right? Just to steal one of Jack Welch's phrases.
