Sometimes I think of it like taking my clothes off every day and changing outfits.

My goal for myself and also for my clients is never that there's a right identity to be.

but that we want to learn to become less rigid, more fluid in our identity so that we can call upon aspects of ourselves whenever we need it.

I'm actually going through an identity shift right now.

Actually, I have obviously been advising and working mostly behind the scenes with just incredible founders and executive leaders, et cetera.

You know, there's a certain stage that founders get to where it's very clear that they have to move beyond themselves.

Like they can't be the one who is the methodology.

They can't be the one who, you know, every single client knows by name and they start to have the experience of like, if I don't show up, this work doesn't get done or this, you know, this thing no longer exists.
