You know, so over time everything becomes, you know, um, greater, a greater, um, a greater need.

Um, and then when you have that great need of not getting clinical care, then you're also dealing with, you know, maybe not having access to housing or, you know, food insecurity is a big factor.

Um, you know, you think of how are you supposed to help yourself and get better when you don't have access to nutritious foods? Um, so I do think that there is a level of complexity of the care that, um, we're seeing.

Um, COVID didn't help with that either.
