So let's start at the conference and let's talk about just why or how you got involved in this because what you do in this conference like I would like you're the boss in my opinion like and there are other people I'm not trying to like I'm not trying to boss Maggie boss Maggie but like if anyone who's come to this conference from Johnson and Wales references someone it's you and of course there are other people 100% how do you like what do you do here

So when I started, I was just what I call an everyday worker.

First year I did, they were like, hey, you got a good head on your shoulders, jump in here, let's do this.

I helped out a little in catering.

I was a little here, a little there.

And then the second year, because at the very end of the conference for our big competition for ACF, I helped out with the equipment.

They just needed a little extra help there.
