Why pass the budget before finishing those conversations?

Maggie LewisGUEST
I think it's also important that we take some time to put some guardrails around them, but again, those, uh, cameras are important to our community.

Maggie LewisGUEST
We recognize just on Sunday those cameras were utilized to help, uh, identify the individual who actually killed a nine-year-old child.

Maggie LewisGUEST
So again, I think we can do two things at the same time, have the conversation, have the technology, and still find the opportunity and the time to put some guardrails around those cameras.

The budget proposal you guys are gonna pass in two weeks on the 19th, um, any, you know, highlights, um, anything you'd like to highlight that the council changes that you guys made to that budget or you think is particularly important?

Maggie LewisGUEST
So I, I think it, one, I will say that, uh, the council have been negotiating the budget with the administration.

Maggie LewisGUEST
There's been lots of conversations over the last couple months, uh, regarding the budget.

What-- How would people contact you? How would they know that this is a service that they could learn about or maybe that they'd be interested in?

Maggie LewisGUEST
Um, so people in our community, um, that maybe have not heard about us, um, I usually like to tell them that we are a primary care group.

Maggie LewisGUEST
Um, we're patient-centered, um, but we differ a little bit because our providers, um, focus on caring for homebound patients in our community.

Maggie LewisGUEST
Um, I always suggest that if they do have a current pr- current provider, that to contact them, talk to them, um, see if our program is something that they would benefit from.

Maggie LewisGUEST
And that current primary care provider can actually send a referral to our office, um, but our office doesn't even require a referral.
