So what does that like communication and prep and process look like before they even come to the session with you?

This is totally different for everyone as well.

This is just like what I found out works for me, but initially they'll fill out my inquiry form that's on my website.

I only take inquiries from my website.

I don't answer DMs or anything like that.

It just gets too crazy.

And so I will get that notification that I got the inquiry.
