I call upon all nations to do everything they can to stop these terrorist killers.

So he calls us all roaches.

While he rants about coaches.

Even though he can't see.

He can still lead the team if you know what I mean, yeah.

Oh boy, oh boy, he got another murder, but the blood doesn't even matter when there's a hot reporter singing.

... then all of a sudden, like reveal.

I do have a film concept that is not like quite that, but like similar-ish, where it's like this woman is the reason that like this murder happens, and then becomes an adult and becomes an investigative journalist, and wants to investigate this murder that's like haunted her town for forever.

Mm-hmm.

Um, so next door to my dad's house at Pearl's, his sister's house, at around six AM, these guys break into the house.

Four-ish, two, three, four of them break in.

Pearl's son Omar is there, and Omar's girlfriend Kim is there.

So there's three people in the house.

Pearl is asleep in her room, and Omar and Kim are in the living room.

And these guys break in.

Mm-hmm

The Broken Cycle Media team is honored to have this discussion with Madison about the power of her work and how she's harnessed the media to obtain what justice may still be available for her and her father.

My name is Madison McGee.

I am a television and film producer based out of LA, originally from West Virginia.

I host and created a podcast called Ice Cold Case, which is my journey as I investigate my dad's nearly 22-year cold case.

He was murdered in Ohio in 2002.

I've been investigating it for a few years and take you on this very interesting journey of mine.

I think when you're a kid, you don't realize that traumatic things are traumatic.
