And I have to say, we are very, little support me, we're very loud and proud in saying to Baswa, regularly this is what we're seeing on every day and so I suppose I just wanted to sum that up before we go any further and those are the kind of issues we're dealing with when we listen to social workers but our main role is to really try and help think about next steps but within the formal processes that exist which we can go on and talk about so I'll just leave it there.

Yeah, so ultimately, like Lisa was saying, so our role is to advise and represent social workers, you know, anyone who's facing employment issues in the workplace.

And very often that might just be a bit of unpicking the situation, you know, through a call, or it might be, you know, to represent through very difficult process, for example, disciplinary process.

And you know, for many of our members.

They've never faced employment process before, never mind a formal one.

And then the fear of the unknown, really.

So what we sort of talk through in general terms at the start of that is get a sense from the person, is there any part of what they're facing that they accept, you know, and they'll reflect on that because it's important that we're not just there to say, no, all you employers are wrong and be defensive.
