close-knit group that you're in it's a very large running group and some of us have kind of made smaller groups to run especially the ones who made up those awards they were doing a longer run this couple they're just a lot of fun and they asked us to go along with them on this 15 mile adventure through the woods.

We wanted to do this one trail, the paved portion, from start to finish, and it was supposed to be 15 miles, but our friend always says, ish.

Well, the ish turned out that it was 17 plus miles.

We missed the beginning of the paved trail, so we kind of went through the woods.

Have you had to make any adjustments to your training as you've aged in the past
