And then when we decided to y- a year later to release this, these podcasts, it's just been fabulous.

She attracts certain people.

She answers certain questions, asks questions.

I attract different people.

... talk to Wendy, do some research ahead of time, or just gently ask someone, you know, "I've got this question or several questions.

Is it all right if I ask you about this?" Get the permission, get the consent first before you just launch in and expect them to do that.

Go in with no expectations.

Ask the permission, "Is this okay?" And, and say that at any time, if a question is not something you wanna talk about, just agree ahead of time that that person that you're talking to can say, "No, I don't wanna talk about that," or, "I'm through," or whatever, and just not expect-

... one person we interviewed the other day said she's a teacher.

She was gonna transition between school years during the summer, and she talked to the faculty.

Lynn, when Wendy shared this philosophy with you, what immediately resonated? Oh, I

was just really excited because it just makes so much sense.

And I know she had been trying to organize it so people would understand what she's doing and what she can do with and for other people.

And I think this good human first is just, it's the real ticket.

And this is where her sweet spot is.

This is where she knows what she's talking about and where she's so good at sharing this with other people and sharing her story.
