So one scenario that comes to mind is parents ask, what can I do to help my child prepare for the beginning of school? So is there anything that you would recommend doing ahead of time, visiting the school or planning a get-together with a friend that's in their class? Anything in particular that you would recommend parents do to help prepare their kid that is on the anxious side?
