42:17
What was your wow moment in the last time?
42:22
Oh God, yeah, it happens so much now.
42:25
Which is funny because I regularly go through the app and look at my insights and the feedback and the blind spots and things.
42:34
And I'm not only looking through them from a consumer standpoint, but as a founder, I'm looking at it of like, how could I improve this and send this to my team to better increase the output and the quality of what we're feeding back.
42:48
And recently, I haven't had any notes from my team.
42:51
It's all been amazing.
42:53
One of the things that we've actually implemented is how you want the AI to speak to you.

6 MINS LATER

49:28
So the letter, it's, you don't want to go to Costa Rica and
5:01
Uh, no, yeah, you and your own experience, your own background and, you know, and it could relate to some of these macro themes that you're talking about, but yeah, just a little bit about like your own relationship to them.
5:09
Yeah.
5:10
Well, I started off building a video game publishing company called Andromeda.
5:14
We were focused on developing and funding and bringing to market what we called Games for Good, and that was really focused on creating a positive mind/body effect, so whether it was meditation related games or physical fitness related games primarily.
5:28
And through that journey and understanding that there is an actual marketplace for games that what I was calling a lot back then is upgrading the real world avatar that is you, instead of just building out this, you know, fictional video game avatar, you're actually, you know, working on and building skills inside of a game environment that you could use in your real life.
5:49
And through that experience and understanding that that is something that people crave, we started a digital therapeutics company.
5:55
So one of my co-founders for that company, we took some of the IP that we had been developing as a video game and actually went into the medical technology route and started doing clinical trials and understanding what it meant to actually have FDA regulated digital therapeutics, which was a very new category, um, in like 2019, 2020.
9:11
And just, like, I'd love for you to share how does it work? Like, what's the premise behind it? And I would imagine for people who don't have, like, people around them all the time, probably pretty revolutionary in what it makes possible.
23:15
want to ask you for an example.
23:16
Yeah, I mean, think about it.
23:18
Even if we're talking about these brain-computer interfaces, like the promise of that is that we can all eventually be telepathic and that we won't even...
23:24
You know, Elon claims that we'll be completely like... pre language or, or like not, not needing language anymore.
23:31
And that everything will be this telepathic communication.
23:34
Could you imagine being in somebody's mind right now? Like the general public's mind, like, and, and we're seeing that that's like an extreme example.
23:41
If you're not spiritually grounded and balanced and aware and embodied, then like, what are those thoughts that are running through your head and how are you planning on communicating with other people? Of course, that's more of a sci-fi level, but even we're seeing it now with AI.

53 MINS LATER

76:38
If we were to go down, what are the green flags for people that they can either strive for or look for for this middle Christos relationship with tech? What are some of the green flags that you would point out?
7:40
from me and as I wear this device that we're going to be talking about around my neck here I've got it super up high so it'll show on the screen but you know as I'm doing it it's measuring and what's it measuring what is it telling me about me go ahead
7:55
yeah of course so There's many layers to this.
7:59
Yeah, it's very interesting.
8:02
Basically, some voice analysis wasn't necessarily a legitimate practice or biometric for a very long time.
8:10
It was basically considered a pseudoscience.
8:13
It's been around for a while.
8:15
I mean, I think I was looking at stuff dating back to the 80s.

19 MINS LATER

27:03
But what are some of the other things? I'm trying not to say the word goals here, but benefits, beneficial ways of speaking that I'm helping myself by auditing this.
