And I'm just wondering if there's when you said that you use your music in your nursing career and you may not have said it that way, but I'd love to I don't know, just like, how do you do that? How does that influence how you show up as a nurse and a nurse leader?

Yeah, that's a great question, Renee.

And I think, like I said, there's lots of similarities.

So, you know, when you think of a nurse leader or you think of a nurse, even working at the band site, let's use music terms, okay? You're a conductor, right? You are orchestrating, you're setting that vision, you're doing the plan of care for that patient for that day.

As a leader, you're setting the mission, vision, and values, maybe, or you're following that mission, vision, values, right? you have to recognize the strengths of all of your individuals or all of your sections or all of your interprofessional partners, right? There are many parts.

And as we know, in any industry, there are many personalities, right? So it kind of like, You have to deal with that.

But there's different aspects of work.
