So what does a failed middle deli look like today, and how can grocery store operators break out of it without gutting their current floor plans?

Oh, my Lord.

Yes, it is so crazy when I think about going into most service delis today, and they're in this, like, middle, and I, I...

It's just incredibly frustrating to me.

I'll go up to the service case, and oftentimes they're understaffed and there's someone in the back doing prep work, and it takes minutes for them to come up e- to even, like, or maybe even not even acknowledge me.

And, and then, yeah.

And, [laughs] and, or there's a line or, or it just takes a long time, or I, I...

Mm-hmm.

And so what's changed since then, Luke? What feedback are you getting from people that are taking the training? What are the modules that have generated the most sort of traction? What are you seeing?

Yeah, so being blown away again by the response that we've had from the Scope3 peer group and other organizations.

Since September, we've had about 30 different organizations signing up for this training, enrolling anywhere between one and a hundred learners from both procurement and sustainability.

We've also had new partnerships launched with people like WBCSD and Sustainable Procurement Pledge.

And in terms of the feedback for the specific content itself, we've done some really good tracking of the learner's confidence before and after taking the training.

And overall, for some of our early cohorts, we saw that there was a 39% confidence increase in the different topics of supply chain decarbonization.

We'd be happy to share a bit more detailed breakdown of that, or you can find it on our website, But yeah, the confidence has been amazing, both on quantitative measure, but also some of the actual feedback that we have had from learners.
