Yeah.

And then, um, yeah, you get your books and we do our theory.

So you, every six weeks you get assessed on your theory.

It'll be like retaining walls, you know, like what height does it need to be and all that.

And then your skills percentage of your apprenticeship is through your boss and your assessor.

And then what do you feel like after year one? Do you feel like, you know, after year one looking back, do you kinda go like, "Yeah, I feel like I've learned a lot," and m- Or do you feel like you're not getting anywhere? Like, what is, what is that sort of feeling like?

I think year one you're quite, it's easy to adapt, like, the mindset that you're just there to do, like, the simple jobs, fixing, digging a hole.

And I think once you realize that it's actually all part of it and it's how the team operates and what needs to go into build these houses-
