So I think that there's a lots of different ways that people are finding us these days, and a lot of it is on social media, how they get to your website, kind of what's the vibe you're trying to create.

Is it, you know, unique, hip, edgy, or is it stately, historic home, or is it all about nature? So making everything match, and then, like when they arrive on your property, is it, the name of your company, Steve, Frictionless, like how can we make it really understandable where the driveway is with good signage? When they get out of the car, is the lighting good, and then the signs to where they should enter? And then how is it laid out? Is the check-in s- smooth and easy, or do people walk in and are they confused? Because we have unique properties, need to really view it from the guest's side.
