What's your definition of knowledge management?
0:32
Thanks, Zach.
0:33
This is always a tricky one and you give it to everyone to make me feel so comfortable.
0:38
The definition of knowledge management is always tricky.
0:42
Everyone's got a slightly different take on it.
0:45
My definition of knowledge management is that it's the systematic collection of processes, practices, strategies, and approaches to enable knowledge to flow through an organization, to get the right intelligence to the right people at the right time and in the right context and to enable them to make the right decision.
1:03
So at its heart, it's around enablement.

What are the practical impacts to an organization that you think are really, really hitting the mark at this point?
0:42
But how have the decisions gone down? I'm here with garden journalist Lucy Hall to talk through the reactions.
0:48
Well, it's kind of interesting, isn't it? Everybody was saying it's gonna come down to Sarah and Tom, Tom Stuart-Smith, so the, you know, the old hands at this.
0:57
I mean, I c- you know, I kind of go back to the '90s and can remember these guys then breaking through.
1:01
So you could say it's an emotional choice sometimes.
1:05
Of course, the judges always completely deny that.
1:07
It's, it is very rigorous, and sometimes you think it's too rigorous.
1:11
They, they lack the emotional response in the medal giving.
1:39
And what about the medals, Lucy? What do you think about who won the golds and who won the silver gilts? Has there been any upsets this year?
