I want to ask Professor Lu's maybe comments or opinion on how China's companies and industries help the maybe domestic governance of AI and also what kind of role they can play internationally to help the international AI governance.
33:06
Yeah, I agree that leading tech companies who have the frontier model played a very important role for AI governance, either domestically or globally.
33:19
So I think that, to my observations, our government also has a mechanism to involve these tech companies into the policy making because those companies who have the technology who I believe they they know more about the AI technology than the government and they also facing more problems than the government so how to coordinate how to involve the industry will be very important for making a reasonable effective policies But globally, I also believe that tech companies, no matter Chinese company or US company, will have an important role.
34:04
But the problem for the Chinese company is for themselves, the lack of the experience to actively engage in the global governance, especially related to the international security.
34:17
But also there are programmatic problems.
