The other part of it, I think, is around asking yourself, OK, what is important versus urgent? When you think about your journey, if you were to look back and offer yourself a piece of advice as to how to actually put that into practice, what advice would you offer yourself?

I started to change something about my routines and everything.
17:10
This is a funny story.
17:11
Actually, when I own a spa downtown, I racked up like an insane amount of parking tickets.
17:16
And it was so symbolic of me just like running around parking wherever I wanted.
17:22
Not paying for parking, parking in like no parking zones, just being a total a-hole about getting to the spawn time and opening the door and like, you know, doing the treatments and running the bookkeeping and working the front desk and then like leaving and then going home and trying to eat and coming back and having a partner, like all of the things.

35:52
Certainly.
35:52
Yeah.
35:53
So 13 years ago, I rescued about 200 pounds of bread from a bakery and donated that to an emergency shelter.
36:01
Not really intending that that would kind of be what it is today.
36:06
But that moment really struck a chord with me in that really seeing how much food we waste and how many folks could use the food.
36:14
It was perfectly good bread.
