challenged the base of the SDA kind of in a number of different ways over the years.

Loukas KakogioannisGUEST
In the early years, it started with overturning their dodgy enterprise agreements.

And as a Woolies worker in 2017, I was being paid... three thousand dollars a year less than the general retail industry award minimum because of an sda agreement because what the sda had done at woolworths and coles before it and and many others across the sector was negotiate agreements that let the big players pay less than the minimum they removed penalty rates loadings and overall our analysis led us to conclude that about 70% of workers were worse off than if there was no union at all and no union agreement.
