I know it's in the book as well, but what happened?
8:32
I believe it was the universe rerouting me.
8:35
Because I was on the wrong path.
8:37
And again, that's in the book as well.
8:40
I was doing a business that was not aligned with my soul.
8:44
I was warping my energy.
8:47
I was good at it because when you put your mind to anything and you've had experience of life and you've had experience in previous careers, you know you can put your mind to anything, which you can.

How do we actually hear ourselves amongst all that noise?
10:21
Wow.
10:22
And I know that having trained as a coach and plugged into personal development a few years earlier, it was a preparation, another dot on my path to preparing me for being able to do exactly that.
10:37
And I honestly believe that that was because I was supposed to write this book, and I was supposed to be able to share then that you can heal yourself.
10:45
I became a researcher.
10:46
I became an avid book reader.
10:48
You need to be curious.
10:49
When you've got cancer, don't just think, "Oh, okay then.
13:16
So talk to me a little bit about your experiences of this unraveling.
8:31
It's so lovely.
8:33
To that point, sometimes partners will say to their wife or girlfriend, do you not need to go and see Louise? Do you not need to go out for lunch with Louise or go and have a session with Louise? It's a feeling that I know I have that.
8:46
I know I have that ability to make people see themselves in a sparkly light.
8:51
energy and that's that's my that's my gift sarah i leave people better than i found them but in answer to your question again it's it's the going through the challenges it's people said to me many times with my illness which was cancer twice oh why you it's so unfair you've already been through so much and i i used to say to myself why not me i'm i'm no different from anybody else but i saw I saw each challenge that I've had as an opportunity to grow and learn.
9:20
I didn't see each challenge as a woe me.
9:23
Oh, my God.
9:24
Language is so important when you talked about that a minute ago, because when I had cancer, I really threw myself into the research of language.

yourself.
11:29
So first of all that, and why do you think people stop trusting themselves in the first place? I know it's a huge question, but I think it just belongs together.
11:45
Yeah, the disconnection is real, isn't it? Maybe it's the era of technology and having everything that we can just quickly find an answer to.
11:56
We don't plug into our own knowing.
12:00
Life's changed, hasn't it? In that respect, there's so much information, there's so much...
12:05
that we are marketed to.
12:06
So almost in a way, when we allow ourselves to be marketed to in that way, we start to feel that we don't know.
12:13
So therefore we need to look outside of ourselves.
