Just introducing ourselves, I'm Louis Hall, CEO of Cerulean, founder of the company back in 1999, very long time ago, as an MBO from what was then a large UK software house called Logica.

And we then IPO'd the business finally in 2016 and have seen a pretty successful run on AIM since then.

Greg has been with us four weeks, so bear with us because he's still getting up to speed, but he's done a terrific job this week and what's been quite an exhausting roadshow is already in old hands.

Greg was previously at Census, another A-listed business, and also at CheckIt, another A-listed business where he was also CFO.

And in terms of cash, our balance sheet is still really strong so we have net cash growing year on year by four percent which is then driving the dividend increase that we have so a quick run through there of the kpis for now i'll hand back to louis and we can cover any questions that you have later
