So I was really happy working still, really high-profile families, loving it, felt like I was like the top of my job.

And then, um, I, Chris Evans, I used to listen to him on the radio every morning, and he said, um, "You've gotta think that you're 90 years old, and you're looking back on your life.

What do you regret?" And I thought, "Oh, my gosh, if I don't have a baby and don't become a mum, and suddenly, suddenly, i- in 10 years time, if suddenly I'm 45, 47, and I haven't done it, I will really regret this." So although I'm having the time of my life, I actually feel like I need to do this, concentrate on it.

Yeah, there was a little girl who I picked up, she was nine months old, and, uh, and she was lifeless in her cot.

She wa- I actually thought she was asleep, and then I looked in the cot and I was like, "Oh my gosh, she's awake." And she was just laying there.

So as a professional nanny and somebody who's been in this industry for such a long time, If there was somebody out there looking for a nanny, what would you sort of, I guess, highlight what they should be looking for in a nanny?

Yeah, I mean, it's a great question.

I actually have a nanny agency called Luentna's Nannies.

So, you know, we deal with nannies and parents, you know, every day matching them.

And I always say, I always say to the nannies, you know, when you go for your interview, make sure that you're interviewing the family as well, because it's not just about what the family wants, you know, and The nanny and the family have to align on those basic fundamentals of what you think is right for a child.

Because, you know, if a family says they want sort of, you know, I don't know, discipline in one way and the nanny thinks it's completely wrong, that's never going to work.

You really have to align.
