Can we start with how did you become the attache coat for the Red Roses?
0:58
It's a very good question because sometimes I have to reflect on my own journey to how I actually got there.
1:04
It's been an interesting one because I never played at the top, top end of the game.
1:08
So I've never been capped by England as a player, but I did play in the equivalent of the PWR, which was the premiership, the women's premiership at the time for Saracens and Wasps.

But whilst I was playing, I had a couple of injuries that led me to the sidelines and I started taking up coaching.
1:25
I just found that I was actually quite good at understanding the tactical side of the game, but also how to bring the best out of people.

So through doing coaching opportunities that were voluntarily given to me occasionally, I think because I was just willing to be there, I actually then started to build up a bit of a reputation of being pretty good at it.

Do you look when they're playing? Are you watching? Are you thinking, don't do that, do this instead? How do you feel when you see them playing?
