Well, Way back in the Edinburgh Fringe of 2023, we were looking for a subject of a play to write for me to do another one-woman show.

And we realised that nearly all the names we came up with were called Mary.

And we thought, wouldn't it be fun to do 60 Marys in 60 minutes? And then we thought, we can't do that.

It would just be a sentence a minute and no one's going to come and see that.

And we went off and tried to write it, tried to put a format around it, and it didn't quite work.

So out of that came another play, which is quite exciting.

Well, Lottie, I'm going to kick this expression off with you because I'd love to know who are you hoping to have access to the show?

So what was the experience like off Broadway?

It was brilliant, actually.

The theatre were really good.

And of course, because I don't have much of a network out there, I think I knew about three people to come to Press Night.

So they really kicked in and they got, you know, they got the place full, which was lovely.

New York is very expensive, but it's a It's a great city.

I've never been before.
