And, and I, I don't believe families truly understand that.

She volunteers with Search and Support San Antonio, an organization that tries to bridge that gulf that can form between law enforcement and the families of the missing.

We provide assistance to family members and friends of missing people, whether it be helping them with vigils, flyers, mapping targeted search areas, going out and searching, giving them direction as how to interact with police and law enforcement.
