Recreational therapy, depending on the environment that it's used with and the population it's being used with, has very different pieces.

For me, my history is I did start off in acute care locked unit psych.

That with a psych background, and I have gone back and forth to psych, but I do find that the psychiatric and the psychology piece falls into all aspects of recreational therapy, whether it is school-based, whether it is rehab in acute hospitals.

My background is very diverse.

I've worked in sports and fitness centers with high-end Paralympians and Pan American Games athletes.
