What shifted for you? What helped bring you to here?

Well, it's an interesting process because I came out of a season in my life where I had experienced a real crash, physical, mental, spiritual crash, burnout, basically.

But some people might call it a nervous breakdown because it had a lot to do with my nervous system.

And I was debilitated for a good at least three months to where I couldn't go outside without the light hurting my eyes.

The sound, I was extremely, very sensitive to sound.

I didn't have an appetite.

I was very, very anxious.
