So craniosacral therapy, we could really get technical and sciencey, but I like to explain it like this.

Imagine underneath your skin, and then go again, underneath your muscle, underneath your bones, floating from head to pelvis, a jellyfish.

And what it is comprised of scientifically is the folks in the tentorium, the kind of the network of membranes in your head, which come together and form the dural tube that holds your spinal column all the way, all the way, all the way down to your pelvis.

And then if you think about the jellyfish moving in the ocean, you can add the cerebral spinal fluid, which also courses up and down that dural tube and adds the motion, that undulating pulsing movement that your mind's eye sees the jellyfish doing.
