So what kind of patterns are you seeing that have shown up over and over again for them that have made it hard for them to run their businesses?

Yeah, this is such a good question.

And it really in very many ways aligned with my experience in my business.

And part of the reason why I started the Staging Sips podcast and the Accelerate program at Staging Business School was because I learned a lot of lessons that I thought if I could impart them sooner to people and give them kind of visibility on the road ahead of them or visibility on their situation and they didn't have to stay that way.

That was a real mission for me because I knew that it was painful the way that I grew my business.

And so even though I got help early and I got coaching early, Because I didn't fully understand where I was headed, it was hard for me to action the coaching or think that it was relevant to me.

So the patterns I tend to see are that pretty much all of us start our businesses or most of us start our businesses envisioning ourselves as what's called the operator, the stager.

So if no one's actually heard about capacity planning, is that how you would phrase it or would you explain it differently to them?
