I think regulators in Asia and probably everywhere else in the world are just playing catch up by mostly updating some existing regulatory frameworks that they have to meet the rise of AI.

You know, sometimes you would have an AI agent that's able to do all these tasks while regulators are still It seems like from what we see in Hong Kong and Singapore, mostly the regulators are telling these platforms that they should be the one to assess the risk and mitigate risk on their own.

So it does seem like the financial institutions and the brokers themselves are kind of left to be the gatekeepers of all of this.

And when we talked to the brokerage platforms, some brokers told us that their AI bots are actually designed to perform, maybe give more informational advice instead of being able to offer a straight up answer to whether you should buy or sell a specific stock.
