How impressed are you with the longevity he's had in his career?

Very impressed.

Again, everywhere he's been, he's bounced around a little bit in the NBA, but every franchise says the same thing.

They love his attitude.

They love his team-first mentality, how hard he works, the enthusiasm that he plays with certainly rubs off on his teammates.

But from a coach's perspective, it's the best-case scenario.

You've got a guy that loves to play, loves to compete, and works to get better each day.

But can you just take us through the development of that roster and what that kind of looked like for you and your staff to put this team in a position to have a season like that?
