I will say now at the private sector, you know, I'm still trying to find that flow or system that I'm trying to put in place.

At the high school, though, you know, generally it would be as simple as, you know, having that iPad or that laptop plugged into the TV, taking attendance with some good tunes going in the background.

And then from there, just touching base with the kids and seeing how they're doing, trying to read body language, especially if there is a long game the night before or we've got a big game coming up, you know, just trying to read that body language and read the room before we get the session going.
