Did you write it down yet? Did you put it somewhere? What do you recommend people do for that?

Logan McKnightGUEST
I mean, I think every meeting we go in has three AI note takers for every one person.

Logan McKnightGUEST
I always suggest that, you know, I think whether you're a Microsoft based company or using Google Workspace or something else is just have a document that both of you guys are in.

Logan McKnightGUEST
And connecting with, I mean, as far as when you're doing your one-on-ones with them, they should be the conversation of, okay, do we need to shift anything over? Is there anything that you feel like you need to own end to end? And I always ask my leaders, I mean, that's what a huge question is like, I want them to push back on me.

But coming back to your altitude, so you – So how do you move somebody who's in the weeds up to that higher ground? Like what are the two or three things that you end up talking to them about or that you do to persuade them that, you know, this is going to be worth the effort? The hike, the views will all be worth it when you get there.

You know, we was really tough, um, working in elective surgery and spine neurosurgery.

Logan McKnightGUEST
I mean, we had a lot of cases cancel a lot of people figuring out like, what are we going to do? And I mean, not just for a week, like six weeks, cause I live up in Seattle, Washington.

Logan McKnightGUEST
Um, so I, I, what I really kind of was always interested in too, was the people aspect, because I really felt like I worked with so many brilliant people and it really depended like how, you know, the team interacted together that if they were successful or not, what I found was like, even when I would go into sales and, you know, product development and no matter where I was, if you didn't have somebody giving like clear direction and the team buying into it, it didn't matter how brilliant and experienced and talented everybody, it just kind of felt like, nothing was going anywhere.

Logan McKnightGUEST
And I was I was mostly involved in like post commercial companies, so you know, sales and getting things out in the field and in the hands of surgeons and doctors.

Logan McKnightGUEST
And I noticed that there was just always a big disconnect between corporate and what was going on in the field.
