Yeah.

So along with Josh Burke, in terms of avoiding conversations, I became pretty lazy when it came to recruiting, and I wasn't ABR, was not always recruiting.

And because of that, I kinda just stuck to the people that were, like, in my business, whereas this year I've had so many people come in and out of positions that they just didn't belong in.

And now with, with, like, the team I have right now, like Megan, who's my sales rep right now, absolutely crushing.

I just brought on production manager Colton as well, who's picking up everything super quickly, and my workers as well are just crushing as budgets and everything.

So what about you, Lizzy, and doubling your business? How much bigger, how much more business have you done over Facebook or your sales reps book, just so that, y- you know, our leaders here can hear that, again, it's not just us, it's that we're building a team that does so much more.
