I have to say, more onerous than the application form is the collation of all the relevant supporting documents that are required by UK Visas and Immigration.

Essentially, UK Visas and Immigration, as part of the application process, are really reviewing and scrutinising the organisation – They're making sure that it is a genuine organisation with genuine expansion plans.

And they're particularly concerned that people who are coming over to the UK under this route are doing it to fulfil a genuine vacancy with the expanding entity rather than an entity being set up to facilitate somebody coming over, if you see what I mean.

Essentially, yes, an overseas entity needs to pretty much bear their soul to UK visas and immigration.

As part of this, there's got to be this proof of this UK footprint.
